Do I need to be on Zoom the entire VIP Day?
Nope! We’ll start with a 1-hour Strategy Session on Zoom to create our game plan. On your actual VIP Day, we’ll stay connected through WhatsApp or Voxer (your choice). I’ll need your real-time feedback, so I recommend keeping your schedule light and being available throughout the day.
What if we can’t get it all done in one day?
I’ll always let you know ahead of time if your project is larger than what we can realistically complete in a single day. How much we get done depends on how prepared you are with your pre-work, how responsive you are during the day, and how many revisions you request.
If you’d like to tackle additional projects after your VIP Day, you’re welcome to book another half-day or full day.
Will you create the design assets for my hub?
Yes — with your input! You’ll provide your brand colors, logo, and any photos you’d like to use. During your Strategy Session, we’ll discuss everything I’ll need and gather it as part of your pre-work.
Will you write the copy for my hub?
You’ll provide the copy for your hub in advance. If you don’t have it ready yet, no worries — I can use placeholder text and show you exactly how to update it with your own words later
What if something comes up and I have to cancel?
Life happens! As long as you give at least 7 days’ notice, you can reschedule your VIP Day for any available date within 90 days of your original booking.
